The Palace in the Backyard - 2024 Event Poster

This poster was created for an annual backyard music event, with this year’s theme pulling from The Wiz. I leaned into that sense of color, fantasy, and journey — building a world around the “palace” and letting the design feel a little magical and over-the-top in the best way.

It was also important to balance all the real-world needs like sponsors and event details without losing the vibe, so everything had to live together in a way that still felt cohesive and fun.
